1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and Spicychat AI App. By creating an account, accessing or using the service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least eighteen years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Spicychat AI App. By using the service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Account Security
Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by failure to follow these basic security practices.
5. Nature of the Service
Spicychat AI App provides interactive conversations with fictional AI companions. The companions are software, not humans, and any apparent emotions, opinions or memories are generated by automated systems.
6. License to Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your own non-commercial enjoyment, subject to these Terms.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service in any way that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or applicable law.
8. Prohibited Content
You may not use Spicychat AI App to generate, request or share content that depicts minors in any sexual context, real identifiable individuals without consent, threats of violence, terrorism, self-harm encouragement or content that violates local laws.
9. Reverse Engineering
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, models or underlying ideas of the service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
10. Automated Access
You may not access the service using bots, scrapers, crawlers or any automated means without our prior written permission, and you may not introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the service.
11. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process and display it solely as needed to operate and improve the service.
12. Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you send through Spicychat AI App. We may review, moderate or remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
13. Intellectual Property
The Spicychat AI App brand, software, designs, characters, illustrations, written content and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws around the world.
14. Subscriptions and Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis until you cancel.
15. Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
16. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not refund already-paid periods.
17. Free Trials and Promotions
From time to time we may offer free trials or promotional pricing. Unless otherwise stated, these offers are limited to one per user and convert into paid subscriptions when the promotional period ends.
18. Changes to Pricing
We may change pricing for the service at any time. Any changes to recurring subscription pricing will be communicated to you in advance with a chance to cancel before they take effect.
19. Beta Features
We may occasionally offer experimental features marked as "beta" or "preview". Those features are provided as-is, may change at any time and may be removed without notice.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, harm other members or place our business or platform at risk.
21. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Deletion permanently removes most of your information, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
22. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the service available around the clock but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates or events beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
23. Third Party Services
The service may rely on third party providers for hosting, payments and other functions. We are not responsible for the actions or content of those providers.
24. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
25. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spicychat AI App will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
26. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Spicychat AI App and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand or expense arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these Terms.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spicychat AI App is established, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
28. Dispute Resolution
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of our home jurisdiction, as permitted by law.
29. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
